Uma-Gaiti have choreographed songs for films like "ABCD", "Rockstar" and chartbusters like "Baby Doll", "Pink Lips" among others.
"We would love to choreograph Ranveer and Deepika in a love song. Something sensual, that would be great", Gaiti told PTI.
The choreographer said while Hrithik Roshan and Shahid Kapoor are "exceptional" dancers, the duo is waiting to choreograph actor Ranbir Kapoor.
"Imtiaz Ali had called us to do 'Rockstar' and we were really excited because Ranbir Kapoor is charming and a really great dancer. But then we found out that we had to make him look like a non-dancer in the song. So we are waiting for the day when we can choreograph him in an out-and-out dancer number," Gaiti said.
Complimenting the "Jai Ho" actress, Uma says Daisy, who has been an assistant choreographer earlier, understands the language of filming a song and shows full faith in the choreographers.
"She knows the language of shooting a song. She understands choreography really well. May be, if she wouldn't have been an assistant choreographer, things would've been different.
"Female actors generally take time to adapt to the setting, but Daisy was totally into it. She was well-rehersed, assured and had complete faith in us."
"When 'Uff Teri Ada' (from 'Karthik Calling Karthik') happened, everybody was calling us for songs which were a special part of the screenplay, and were more treatment-oriented. And then 'Baby Doll' happened and now we are called for a similar kind of style. I guess we are mastering the art.
