In restricted activity, wheat prices edged higher by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today on the back of increased offtake by flour mills against restricted supplies from producing belts.
However, other grains after moving in a narrow range in scattered buying or selling and settled around previous levels.
Marketmen said increased offtake by flour mills against restricted supplies from producing regions mainly attributed the rise in wheat prices.
