The victim Deepti was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her house in Adarsh Nagar area here last night, investigating officer Balram said.
The victim, a mother of three held herself responsible for the extreme step in the suicide note, he said.
"The body was handed over to family members after post-mortem," police said, adding that a case has been lodged and investigation is underway.
The woman's husband runs a grocery shop in the area.
