Woman thrashes man for using "obscene" language in Patiala

A video of a woman thrashing a a man with with a slipper for allegedly misbehaving with her went viral on social media here.
In the video, the woman could be seen thrashing the gas agency employee identified as Gagandeep Singh in full public view for allegedly misbehaving with her.
Woman on Thursday had called up the gas agency for booking a LPG cylinder, police said here today.
She accused gas agency worker of using obscene language on the phone while booking the gas, they further said.
The woman then informed the incident to her family members.
Then she along with her family member took the man to the police station and she continued beating her up with her slipper while walking through the Sabzi Mandi here.

Gagandeep later apologised to the woman for misbehaving with her and no case was registered, police said.
