It is amazing how Delhi drops off from consciousness as soon as you step into a well-ordered metropolitan lifestyle like Bombay's. In the heart of the city there are no noxious three-wheelers with obnoxious drivers who break more traffic rules than have been invented. There are Marutis galore, but they do not weave in and out of lanes with the gay abandon of moths that have not been to driving school. Waverers will not just be prosecuted, but persecuted by the thought that one will be taken for yet another up-country bhaiya ruining the fine city of Bombay.
