Ford Credit Intl, Kotak Finance Forge Alliance

With a start-up net worth of more than Rs 140 crore, Kotak Mahindra Primus Ltd will offer services to passenger car manufacturers, dealers and retail customers from November 1.

Kotak Mahindra will hold 60 per cent equity, while the remaining will be held by Ford Credit, said Dipak Gupta, chief executive officer of the new company.
