RPL have been granted eligibility certificate for sales tax incentives by the state government of Gujarat and the scheme permits RPL to avail sales tax exemption and deferment benefits, minister for state for petroleum and natural gas E Ponnuswamy said in a written reply in Rajya Sabha.
