| The business has the potential to grow similar to that of the existing client for whom 600 processors are already working and HTMT is in the process of setting up a high-end call centre employing medical doctors, the release said. |
| "Our existing domain expertise coupled with realisation of high quality performance metrics in the health insurance sector was a major factor that made HTMT the preferred vendor," Solomon Raj, vice chairman, HTMT, said. |
| HTMT has recently taken on lease premises admeasuring 80,000 sq ft for building a 1400-seat centre at Bangalore to meet the requirements of its customers. |
| This is in addition to the existing capacity of 1,050 seat, 52,000 sq ft offshore development centre 'HTMT House' at Bangalore, which is now fully occupied. |
| HTMT has been voted as the second best employee-friendly company in the recent Dataquest-IDC BPO Employee Satisfaction Survey, next only to GE Capital, the release said. |
| As per revenue, HTMT is ranked among the top 10 ITES players in India, employing over 1,800 people. |
