Since April 13, 2009, when Tech Mahindra took over the then scam-hit Satyam Computer Services, the information technology (IT) services company has regained almost 100 per cent of its lost clients, according to Chief Executive Officer C P Gurnani. Addressing media persons on the occasion of the first anniversary of the rebranding as Mahindra Satyam, Gurnani said on Tuesday that the company would like to play a significant role in the US market where there was an uptick for IT services.

Union corporate affairs minister Salman Khurshid said the restatement of Satyam accounts will be done as scheduled (June).
