Arisinfra Solutions allots 66,870 equity shares under ESOP

Arisinfra Solutions has allotted 66,870 equity shares under ESOP on 25 December 2025. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 16,28,97,812/- divided into 8,14,48,906 equity shares of the face value of Rs.2/- each.
