Board of ZF Commercial Vehicle Contl.Sys.India recommends final dividend

ZF Commercial Vehicle Contl.Sys.India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 19 per equity Share (i.e. 380%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
