Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has allotted 19,703 equity shares under ESOP on 18 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1,28,74,97,944 divided into 64,37,48,972 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 1,28,75,37,350 divided into 64,37,68,675 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
