Religare Enterprises allots 3.10 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Religare Enterprises has allotted 3,10,500 equity shares under ESOP on 04 December 2024. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up equity capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 3,30,29,51,630/- divided into 33,02,95,163 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 3,30,60,56,630/- divided into 33,06,05,663 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
