Transport Corporation of India update on transfer of chemical logistics business to TCI Chemlog

Transport Corporation of India announced that in terms of the agreement for transfer of the company's chemical logistics business to o TCI Chemlog on a slump sale basis, TCI Chemlog has allotted 1 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 100 each, issued at a premium of Rs 4,424 per equity share, to the company.
