Valor Estate (formerly known as D B Realty) has received the no objection letters dated 06 December 2024 from the BSE and NSE for the proposed composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between the company and Esteem Properties and Advent Hotels International and their respectively shareholders and creditors.
