Stock Market LIVE Updates: Nifty 50 is currently moving in a tight consolidation band after an initial gap-up and subsequent sharp sell-off, with prices oscillating around the 25,800–25,880 zone. The index continues to trade above its key short-term moving averages, with the 20- and 100-day double moving averages (DMAs) clustered near 25,550–25,600, suggesting the broader structure remains neutral to mildly constructive as long as these supports are defended. The relative strength index (RSI) around 55–56 points to neutral-positive momentum but lacks strong directional conviction, which is evident from the narrow intraday range and low-volatility price action. Immediate support lies at 25,550–25,600, followed by a stronger demand area near 25,450–25,500. On the upside, the 25,900–26,000 zone continues to act as a strong supply and psychological barrier, and only a sustained breakout above this band can reignite upside momentum. Until then, the near-term setup remains range-bound with a mild upward bias, favouring a buy-on-dips near support and sell-on-rises near 25,900–26,000 strategy.

Stock Market LIVE Updates: Venky's (India) Q3 net profit surged 138.3 per cent to ₹48.58 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against ₹20.38 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

According to a release filed by the company to the BSE, Venky's revenue from operations rose by 8.9 per cent YoY to ₹960.15 crore from ₹881.61 crore.

Post earnings, the stock slipped into red, and plunged to a low of ₹1,562 - down nearly 9 per cent from the day's high of ₹1,715. The stock now traded with a loss of 1.5 per cent at ₹1,577 on the back of over 10-fold jump in volume with 72,000 shares changing hands as against the two-week average volume of around 6,200 shares on the BSE.
