Stock Market LIVE Updates: Nifty opened with an exhaustion gap-down near 25,150 and witnessed sharp early selling, slipping toward the psychological 25,000 zone. The index briefly violated the 200-day exponential-moving average (EMA) and printed an intraday low near 24,920 before stabilising. A recovery attempt toward 25,300 failed to attract follow-through buying, inviting fresh supply and dragging prices back into the 25,100 region. Today’s candle formed a spinning-top type structure near a key support line, signalling indecision after a sharp decline rather than a confirmed reversal. The relative strength index (RSI) remains deeply oversold near 28, indicating oversold consolidation. The bias stays neutral to mildly bearish unless Nifty decisively reclaims 25,300 on closing basis. Buyers are active near lower demand zones, but sellers continue to dominate on every bounce. A sustained break below 25,130 could reopen downside toward 24,920–24,900. At this stage, price action reflects consolidation after exhaustion, not a confirmed trend reversal, with the index posting its fourth consecutive weak close.
