New Delhi, Jan 02 (ANI): National capital was wrapped in thick blanket of fog on the morning of January 02. Several trains were running late due to fog. 21 trains got delayed due to low visibility in the Northern Railway region. Minimum temperature was recorded at 5.8 C on January 02.
