New Delhi, Dec 29 (ANI): Despite the intense drop in North India's weather, people came out to enjoy the weekend at India Gate in Delhi. Locals were draped in thick woolen layers to protect themselves against cold breeze. The minimum temperature in national capital was recorded at 3.4 C on December 29. On December 28, Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issues a 'red' warning for Delhi as the cold weather conditions continued to persist.
