Normality comes from wisdom not from passing bills: Sibal

New Delhi, Dec 12 (ANI): Congress leader Kapil Sibal on December 12 gave BJP government's earlier decision like demonetization and GST and said that the Centre passed bills without realizing the consequences and same it did with Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019. "Normality comes from wisdom not from passing bills," said Sibal. "A wise government always ensures that the bills are passed in a manner that will satisfy everyone," added Sibal. The Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019 was passed in both Houses of the Parliament.
