While DLF will raise Rs 1,000 crore from internal accruals, it also plans to raise debt worth Rs 4,000 crore for the project. Another Rs 2,500 crore will be invested by the tenants to develop their own facilities in the space. The city, set to be completed within 5-10 years, is being designed by Hafeez Contractor.
