IL&FS Engineering bags Rs 494 cr contract

IL&FS Engineering and Construction is a joint venture with Saudi BinLadin Group and IL&FS

IL&FS Engineering & Construction Company (IL&FS Engineering Services) today said it has bagged two contracts valued at Rs 494 crore in building and structures segment.

The company has bagged a Rs 336 crore worth contract from Emaar-MGF for construction of a multi-storied group housing project in Gurgaon, which is expected to be completed within 36 months, a company statement said.

The second order, worth Rs 158 crore has been received from Unitech Hi-Tech Projects for constructing an IT-SEZ in Uttar Pradesh.

The project, which is expected to be completed within 18 months, involves construction of 1 million sq ft of multi-storeyed commercial space including basement and MLCP, the release added.
