24 hydro power projects on Ravi: Minister

So far, 24 hydro power projects have been constructed on the Ravi in Himachal Pradesh. These have a joint installed capacity of 1411 megawatts (Mw), said a written reply by the state's power minister, Sujan Singh Pathania, on the opening day of the monsoon session on Wednesday. These projects were built and run by the state and central governments and by private parties.
