High Court Bars Dpc From Encashing Letter Of Credit
The Mumbai High Court on Tuesday granted an injunction to the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) which prevents the Dabhol Power Company (DPC) from encashing upon the letter of credit issued by Canara Bank.
