BJP is leading on 275 seats while the Congress is reduced to a mere 50 seats

"India has won," BJP's Prime Ministerial nominee Narendra Modi tweeted on Friday after BJP emerged as the single-largest party in the Lok Sabha elections.

"India has won. Bharat ka vijay. Ache din aane wale hain," Modi tweeted after the results of the nine-phase staggered Lok Sabha elections gave BJP a clear mandate.

BJP was leading on 275 seats while the Congress was reduced to a mere 50 seats.
