If you are watching a windows icon on the systems tray, you are getting Microsoft's silent reservation option for the Windows 10 update.
As soon as the icon is clicked, a pop-up opens and advises on the update. It says the update will download once available. After the download process is complete, the user can choose to install it any time of their choice.
The menu also takes the user through a slideshow of Windows 10 features. Microsoft will ask for an e-mail address and then advise you to wait for the update.
