Cardamom up over 1% on good demand

Cardamom prices rose 1.25% to Rs 753.30 per kg in futures trade today on firm trends at spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the June contract moved up by Rs 9.30, or 1.25% to Rs 753.30 per kg 409 lots.
The July contract traded higher by Rs 6.70, or 0.87% to Rs 775.50 per kg in 69 lots.
A firm demand from both domestic and overseas buyers is pushing up the prices of the spice at spot markets, analysts said.
