ICICI Bank up 4.6%; Hindalco down 2.4%

ICICI Bank surged 4.6% to Rs 800. Reliance Infrastructure has gained 4.4% to Rs 1,065.

Bharti Airtel has advanced 3.4% to Rs 841. NTPC has moved up 3.2% at Rs 166. DLF is up 3% to Rs 494.

Infosys, HDFC Bank and Cipla have inched 2.5% each to Rs 1,910, Rs 1,151 and Rs 216, respectively.

ITC and Hindustan Unilever have gained 2.2% each to Rs 202 and Rs 231, respectively.

Wipro has added 1.6% at Rs 485.

Larsen & Toubro and HDFC are up 1.2% each to Rs 2,744 and Rs 2,160, respectively.

Hindalco has plunged 2.4% to Rs 171. BHEL has declined 1.9% at Rs 1,531.

 

Reliance Communications has lost 1.6% to Rs 535.

The markets breadth is positive - out of 2,703 stocks traded so far, 1,787 have advanced, 838 have declined and 78 are unchanged.
