Medium sugar recovers on good retail buying

Medium sugar prices recovered moderately at the Vashi Wholesale market here today due to fresh buying from retailers amidst festive offtake. 

Meanwhile, small sugar variety maintained the mixed pattern of trading.

Medium sugar quality (M-30) rose by Rs 6/20 per quintal to Rs 2,872/2,951 from overnight closing level of Rs 2,866/ 2,931. 

Small sugar quality (S-30) were quoted at Rs 2,836/2,881 per quintal as compared to Rs 2,841/2,875 yesterday.

Small sugar (S-30) quality Rs 2,836/2,881 (Rs 2,841/ 2,875) and medium sugar (M-30) quality Rs 2,872/2,951 (Rs 2,866/2,931)
