Moth prices declined by Rs 50 per quintal in lacklustre trade today on sluggish demand against adequate stocks position.
Elsewhere, prices generally moved in a narrow range in the absence of worthwhile activity and settled around previous levels.
Traders said sluggish demand at existing higher levels and sufficient supplies in the market helped moth prices to trade lower at wholesale market.
Moth lost Rs 50 to Rs 5,250-5,550 per quintal.
