Zinc prices move up by 0.3% on higher global cues
Zinc for delivery in August contract edged up by same margin

Zinc prices moved up by 0.36% to Rs 110.30 per kg in futures market today as speculators enlarged their positions, supported by a firm global trend.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc for delivery in July traded higher by 40 paise, or 0.36% to Rs 119.39 per kg in business turnover of 1,905 lots.
Similarly, zinc for delivery in August contract edged up by same margin to Rs 111.55 per kg in 233 lots.
Market analysts said speculators enlarged their positions supported by a firm global trend mainly helped zinc prices to trade higher at futures trade.
Meanwhile, zinc climbed 0.2% to $1,880.25 a tonne on the London Metal Exchange.
