Samajwadi Party spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia on Tuesday said that the special 'package' given to Bihar by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is another case of cheating and may never reach the common man.
"I am asking what is so special about the special 'package' given to Bihar. It is another case of cheating people like it happened in Jammu and Kashmir before the elections and the money never reached the common man," Bhatia told ANI.
"A man who contested the 2014 general election on a positive plank, on a plank of development, today seemed to be very insecure and shaky and his entire speech was based on negativity, targeting the Opposition parties rather than speaking on the good work he promised to the people of the country and the people of Bihar," he added.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today described the Grand Secular Alliance's 'Swabhiman Rally' as a "Tilaanjali Sabha".
