Julia Roberts has sparked speculations that she is pregnant with her fourth child with husband Daniel Moder.
The 'Pretty woman' star was recently spotted wearing a baggy sweater that was covering what looked like a slight bump while visiting Moder's parents' house in LA, TMZ.com reported.
The 46-year-old actress is already mum to three kids.
