Kochi Airport on high alert after bomb threat

Kerala's Kochi Airport has been put on high alert on the orders of the Airports Authority of India following receipt of a bomb threat.

Earlier this morning, the police received a call stating that a bomb is being carried by a passenger in an Air India flight arriving from Ahmedabad.

A ten-member team with dog squad has been deployed to check all vehicles at the airport.
