Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the oath-taking ceremony of Haryana Chief Minister-designate Manohar Lal Khattar, said Union Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu here.
"The swearing-in function is going to take place on 26th (October), Sunday, at 11 a.m. in Panchkula near Chandigarh. Manohar Lal Khattar will be sworn-in as the chief minister. Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, party president Amit Shah, myself and a lot of other ministerial colleagues are attending this ceremony," Naidu said.
Last week, the BJP won 47 seats in the 90-member house.
