Lindsay Lohan and her brother are getting sued by a website developer, who claims that the pair stole an idea for a website from him.
According to Fima Potik, the 'Mean Girls' star and her bro Michael Lohan Jr. agreed to work with him on 'Spotted Friend', a website that gives people a chance to see the clothes in celeb's closets, but they backed out and took his idea to another investor, TMZ.com reported.
He says he got a text from Michael Jr. saying he wanted a bigger cut of the company, or else and in the suit, Potik said that Lohan and Michael went off and started an app called Vigme, which he describes as a carbon copy of 'Spotted Friend'.
Potik reportedly wants more than 60 million dollars and to get Vigme shut down.
