Malegaon blast accused Col. Purohit dons Army uniform for first time after bail

Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit today donned uniform for the first time after being granted bail by the Supreme in 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case.

A Supreme bench of Justices R.K. Agrawal and A.M. Sapre on August 21 set aside an order of the which had denied him bail.

He was released from the Taloja prison in Navi on August 23 after which he had reported to his Army unit.
