Suspected activists of the People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) in Jharkhand's Lohardaga District set three trucks on fire after their drivers and helpers failed to meet their exortion demands.
Police said Wednesday that the incident took place near the Senah area pof the district late on Tuesday night.
Lohardaga District Superintendent of Police Mritinjaya Kumar was quoted, as saying that the drivers and helpers were asked to get out of their vehicles before they were set on fire.
An investigation has been launched into the incident, he added.
