Record date is 05 February 2015; Dividend payment date is 10 February 2015

Aarti Drugs has fixed 05 February 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Second Interim Dividend., if any, declared.

In case of approval of Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors, the Company will dispatch dividend warrants on 10 February 2015.
