Advanta announces change in financial year

FY from 01 January 2015 to 31 March 2016

Advanta announced that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2(41) of Companies Act, 2013, the Company has aligned its financial year from January to March. In view of this, the current financial year of the Company will be for a period of 15 months i.e. from 01 January 2015 to 31 March 2016.
