Srestha Finvest announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The Board authorized P. Kamlesh, Whole Time Director to sign and execute the new Listing Agreement.

2. The Board considered, discussed and reviewed the other reports and ongoing business propositions.
