Ajanta Pharma allots 7500 equity shares

Under ESOP

Ajanta Pharma at the Compensation Committee of the Board has at its meeting held today decided to allot 7,500 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, upon exercise of options. In view of the above, the paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 17,60,46,000 consisting 8,80,23,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
