The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Genus Prime Infra is scheduled to be held on 18th September, 2018 at the Registered Office of the Company at Near Moradabad DharamKanta, Kanth Road, Harthala, Moradabad-244001, U.P., to consider and approve the Draft Letter of Offer of the Company and related documents in respect of the proposed Rights Issue and any other matter which the Committee may deem fit.
