AksharChem (India) has fixed Record Date as 03 February 2015 for the purpose of the entitlement of shares of AksharChem India (Resulting Company) to the Shareholders of Asahi Songwon Colors (Demerged Company) holding shares in the demerged Company and whose name appear in the Register of Members on the Record Date pursuant to the sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement.
