With effect from 25 March 2016
Ashok Alco-Chem announced that the term of Sridhar Chari as Whole-time Director of the Company, was due to expire on 24 March 2016. Further, Chari had intimated to the Company his unwillingness to continue as Director, post completion of his term of Whole Time Director of the Company.Consequent to the above, Sridhar Chari ceased as Director / Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. 25 March 2016.
