Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 4,70,635 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 28 March 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 476,47,22,382 (238,23,61,191 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,56,63,652 (238,28,31,826 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
