Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 11500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 7 April 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 564,33,55,868 (282,16,77,934 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 564,33,78,868 (282,16,89,434 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
