Axis Bank allots 11,500 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 11500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 7 April 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 564,33,55,868 (282,16,77,934 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 564,33,78,868 (282,16,89,434 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
