Grandeur Products has acquired further 10,81,857 equity shares of Tierra Seed Science. With this, the company has completed acquisition of 100% stake on 20 March 2020
The acquisition of TSSPL will help in the expansion of Business and to further strengthen the position of the Company in the Seed Industry.
