Ayoki Merchantile will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 31 March 2015, to consider and approve appointment of Papri Dutta as Additional Director, to consider and approve appointment of Subir Kumar Dutta as Chief Financial Officer, to consider and approve for calling an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be convened for obtaining consent of the members of the Company for various matter stated herein above, and to consider and approve appointment of Secretarial Auditors for the Financial Year 2014-15.
