NHC Foods announced that Dinesh Deora, practicing Company Secretary appointed as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the year 2014-15 as decided by the Board after mutual discussions and as per the terms and conditions mutually agreed between the Company & Dinesh Deora, practicing Company Secretary.
